Hi Karen, Unbelievable is right. My take on this is maybe they, (the whole darn gang of thieves) think they are on the way out soon and they are going to take what they can get as they are booted out the door. This along with Hailey Barber's brush hauling contract, the Hal and other no bid contracts, give me the idea, they don't even care to hide their corruption anymore and they are just scooping it up in plain sight. Maybe they know indictments on Plamegate are coming down soon and their days are numbered. Just a thought.. I don't know, but it is getting completely unreal in DC.. m
