PYNG ANNOUNCES NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS FOR EUROPE, PUERTO RICO AND BARBADOS

Pyng Medical Corp. has entered into new distribution agreements for the F.A.S.T.1 system for adult intraosseous infusion for Germany, Spain, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Barbados.

Pyng Medical continues to expand its geographic base in Europe and the Caribbean and is currently producing product under the company's approved CE mark for Europe. Translations required for the individual national regulatory processes, labelling and training documents have been completed for German and are being finalized for Spanish, French and other languages across Europe.

Medical Sales Consultants of Wein, Austria, will now be distributing in Germany as well as Austria and have already delivered product to the German and Austrian military, as well as the Austrian and German Red Cross. Training sessions in both Austria and Germany, including major hospital and emergency medical sites in Munich, Berlin and Vienna, have been completed. European continuing marketing activities include attendance at major conferences, training workshops and contacts with leading emergency medicine decisionmakers.

Orto-Medimatec, located in Valladolid, Spain, will distribute in Spain and Portugal. Pyng has provided training on the F.A.S.T.1 system to all sales personnel at Orto-Medimatec, who are now ready to sell and promote the product, and Pyng is currently preparing Spanish-language translations for products to be shipped to Spain in the very near future.

Cardio Med Supply will be covering Puerto Rico, where it has already delivered an initial quantity of F.A.S.T.1 systems to the Puerto Rican emergency service.

A.S. Bryden & Sons (Barbados) Ltd. and Pyng Medical have entered into an agreement to distribute the F.A.S.T.1 system in Barbados and Pyng has delivered training systems to A.S. Bryden.
