Bush decided to invade Iraq before 9-11, then used 9-11 as an excuse to invade, then invented more excuses to invade. Which begs the question, what if Bush let 9-11 happen (remember, he was warned and did nothing) in order to give himself a better excuse to go after Iraqi oilfields? One thing we know about Bush-Cheney, they will do anything to help Big Oil and companies like Halliburton and Bectel. Anything.
