07:50 EBAY eBay: Creating Value With The Other 60%; Raising Estimates; Reiterate Buy -- Legg Mason (38.72 ) Legg Mason raises Q3 est to revenue of $1.1 bln/cash EPS of $0.20 from $1.08 bln/$0.19.. For 2005, firm's rev est goes to $4.5 bln/cash EPS to $0.85. For 2006, rev est is now $6 bln/cash EPS of $1.09. Firm's estimates now include Shopping.com and Skype. Firm notes that 2005 EPS estimate is higher by $0.02 including $0.01 of dilution from Skype while its 2006 est is higher by $0.03 including $0.04 Skype dilution.
