Interesting question, XCR. It says in essence, "fix the system and hold big business accountable for paying taxes (and back taxes) or else we revolt."

As I understand it, if American companies paid what they owed to the IRS, it would cover the national debt. And that is based on what they CLAIM they owe. If American companies (and foreign companies doing major business here) were simply held to a flat tax, our children and elderly would likely never have a worry.
