Did you read the book? IMO it's even better than the movie (although I agree with you, the movie is good).

Did you ever see the movie The Journey of August King? I thought it was a very good movie. It was overlooked by almost everyone, but it's really beautifully photographed (which is why Cold Mountain reminded me of it).
