(OTC: VWKM) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc., the new independent film-dedicated Programmer and TV channel 29 operator in Orlando, Florida, today announced that multiple negotiations are underway with media Distribution Outlets. Distribution will increase revenues to the company derived from traditional advertising and fees per subscriber. The company's business plan is to have its programming available in every household in the United States.
The company has acquired the broadcast rights to several 100 independent movies, documentarys, short films, animations, etc. and continues to review additional programming as it becomes available to increase its programming library for Broadcast on its TV channel 29 in Orlando, Florida, and for use with its programming packages being made available to cable and media outlets throughout the United States, these outlets will be cable systems, pay per view outlets, satellite providers and possibly via broadband over the internet.

As previously announced the opening of the company's new office & production studio in New York. The facility, based in lower Manhattan, will aide the company in its daily communication and interaction with independent filmmakers and the independent filmmaking community and will also be utilized for producing certain programming & interviews with the film makers discussing their films that will be shown on the company's channel 29 and programming packages offered to other media outlets nationally.
