granpa,

Your post implies that Crystallex controls development of Las Cristinas.

This is incorrect. KRY is only the hired help and must submit all of its plans for prior approval by the government. Thus the government is free to dictate what it wants, when it wants it done, how it is to be done, etc ect. KRY must comply. Period.

While the press has likely read more into Chavez's statements than is warranted (he very probably was targetting properties that were not being actively developed, thus a rehash of past statements) the fact remains that the government remains the owner of Las Cristinas, not Crystallex.

This highlights the very valid concerns of shareholders.

This highly speculative play has insiders holding only TOKEN share positions. Now why would they hold insignificant shareholdings if they were so confident in Crystallex's prospects??

Insiders stay away from the stock, protecting themselves with options while they take away large salaries. They continue to promote the stock while they AVOID the stock.

What is wrong with this picture? Lots.

Be careful.
