- Ceding authority to a corrupt U.N. bureaucracy isn't a real good way to gain "moral authority." All it does is CYA.

What are we ceding? The authority to help us from being shot or bombed in the streets? What a stupid argument.

- Most conservatives I know of supported Clinton's actions in Bosnia and Kosovo. Ask any on this thread.

- Your Africa argument is unimpressive. Same old same old, America can't be GloboCop, so why even bother to be a humanitarian in a few places if you can't be one everywhere? I don't even think that question needs to be answered.

Did you even read what I wrote? Paul O'Neill wrote in his book that C Rice and others in bush's administration, including bush himself, turned him down when he took a proposal forward to build water wells in africa...it was postulated by him and supported by steve bono and now clinton is taking actions fund that it would save many thousands of lives, without firing a single bullet.
