For younger readers of my reference a while back--to Slider's great closet reprieve of Greenpan's old beliefs about gold, concerning Atas Shrugged,this will give you a little background on that as well as some thoughts about Greenspan for others at the time. I've never found anything in writing that explains his 360 turnaround regarding gold, so if you, Slider, or anyone here can refer me to it, I'd appreciate it..
