Jim,

The parent's a member of the S&P 500 index, so that part of it might be neutral. Though I don't know about the weighting. The parent's part of the S&P 100 & DJ, I would think there would still be some selling.

I wish these companies wouldn't waste money on promotional 'roadshows'. I can't imagine anyone owning the stock in 5 or 10 years thinking that money was well spent. On the other hand, the info that comes out of the roadshows is sometimes useful.
