Sheehan is hardly who I'd have picked to "head" the anti-war movement. But she stepped up, had a dead soldier son to give her legitimacy, and millions of people got behind her.

250k people demonstrating in front of the WH and millions more all over the country at a time when we've got an all vounteer military and the costs are being put on the national Mastercard tells me that this war is over. Who's going to be the first politician to get in front of the parade? It could even end up being a Republican.
