This is exactly what we have been discussing. LA didn't want to take charge and order evacuation and FEMAs did not have the authority to do it.

Louisiana politics is a disgrace and always has been. It's time they threw all the crooks out...I can't believe people sat on their duffs and waited for big brother to tell them to leave.
