It's not quite about that David. The soldiers mother lost her son and is entitled to express her opinion. Her son lost his life doing what he thought was right and no one can take that away from him. This is another issue. The mother suffered a loss that from her opinion, an opinion with a bt more wisdom and understanding involved, was the fault of this administration for entering a war that turned out to be unjustified in her opinion. Sorry I can't see how this reflects on the sons opinion whatsoever. You are not thinking this out fully imo. Both have the rights to their opinions and have stated them. They are (were) both adults.
