If the "hysterical Media" hadn't been broadcasting from the Convention Center reporting on conditions, Michael Brown would not have seen it! Then he would not have said, "I didn't know there were people in the Convention Center." If the governor and mayor could have gotten along, Michael Brown might have done something right. If the entire state weren't so "dysfunctional", Michael Brown might have been able to do his job. Brown also blamed the citizens for not leaving. He blamed Homeland Security for underming him. But the coup de gras from Brown came when he slammed the Bush administration for cutting employees, funds, and authority to Fema. The worst of all was lumping FEMA with HS. Perhaps the only way Brown could point the finger to the real perp was to throw that fact in with the bs. That's what I'm thinking.
