So I should take the bet???<GGG> Nice bit of research on your part and I am sure it is greatly appreciated. If you are correct in your assumption, what is the chance that Nikon or Canon may be switching to the homegrown systems from Komatsu, who I believe would not be a major player??? Bad times for Cymer if Komatsu is really a contender and a real competitor for these sources. Andrew BTW-Heaven forbid we should have a lens issue again at any stepper manufacturer. Lithographers like me could go postal.<G>
