I listened to Browns testimony and like many of us here I had followed the events of Katrina closely in real time. What Brown said, not only made sense to me, but was the way I myself thought things went down at the time, however, the media has decided Browns the culprit so it wont matter for him much what he says, plus as others have said, Brown too has a guilty part to play in this scenario. Personally, I dont think his is nearly as terrible as the mayor and govenor, I also think that in some ways the law ties the hands of any federal agency operating in a state, but his REAL PROBLEM is neither he NOR BUSH nor anyone else until HONORE came along had the BALLS to stand up and shout the mayor and govenor down. jdn
