listening to Dylan last night brought back all kinds of feelings. When he started changing to electric guitars I liked it - most of my friends didn't. Some of the footage was amazing...I'd forgotten how people booed him - he seemed to transcend all that....he he was playing with Mike Bloomfield, Al Kooper, Robbie Robertson...and they were booing him.

I enjoyed the journey he was on. I also thought the interview dialogue added a rich context to the film. Joan Baez was interesting too - she provided a different vantage point.

Every time I listened to his songs, I'd always think "how did he get inside my head and sing about what was going on?"

It was a great night even if the Sox split with Toronto.
