Oh that's a classic then. If you dig back 4 months or so, you can find where Crapper was all JDSU-like gushing over how the homebuilders should and would soon be achieving a markIt multiple (like 19PE or something)instead of a historical 8PE valuation. Mon Back, double booyah, triple buy bs.

Crapper threw your concept of normalized earnings out the window like the baby and the bathwater analogy.
