Building a house in Italy all up from scratch, which is quite often done down there based on existing old materials, typically costs aro. 900-1,200 Euro per sqm depending of the quality of interior hardware you want. The costs for a 250-270sqm house are quite predictable and costs for drilling a well are included. Lots of water in Umbria.
