Dennis,
Forgot to tell you earlier...Barron's also had a blurb about the Strat-Grand Casino stuff...just all the negatives already discussed thanks to good ol'Stupie. The problem is that neg. publicity on a Sunday Barron's has a way of bringing Monday down a bit. Hang in there with the TOWv, though. Likely will be fine eventually, just not tomorrow. Also, wanted you to proud of me, big bro, so I checked out the RAINline. The automated part for reservations was down, so I spoke with a live operator..my preference anyway. No limits or stipulations with reservations except that it must be at least 20. Need about 24 to 48 hrs. advance notice typically. Also, since I was on the phone anyway, of course I had to check on how DW RAIN is doing. Supposedly far more crowded since grand opening, with huge waits at all hours on all days...weekdays about 33-50% longer than prior to grand opening, while with increased efficiency. I called at @ 10pm tonight, and he said currently there were about 125 people waiting, and that they had to stop taking names due to the attempted last seating at 11pm, which may not be met given their desire to get lots of people in. From the sound of things, I'd say it's not out of the realm of possibility to be above $100,000 per day with ease..not to mention that Sundays and Mondays are their slowest days(all the weekend visitors are heading home). I hope Terry's support comes through at the current range, because I really don't want to be encouraged to buy anymore in this market over the next 6 months(unless it's irresistable of course). Regarding STNX, one I had brought up last week I think, they have started moving upward on increasing volume over the last week. They make the starscreen...one of the phones with screen, memory, modem, fax, videoconferencing capability, credit card swipe, internet access, banking, online investing info, etc. Modem is faster and screen is larger than others coming out, and available services are more. They're marketing by giving machine away with 4 year contract to pay @$60 per month for related services, probably outmarketing those with the large price for the initial purchase, thus then hooking you. To be coming in 9/96, with first order for 11,000screens. Already 2600 distributors signed on, and their ads have popped up all over internet over the last 1-2weeks, likely creating part of the increasing movement as of late. Could be at least a good short-termer...let me know what you think if you have a chance to further check it out. As we say in the southern half of Fl...Hasta la bagel,
