Craig, just off the top of my head I came up with a list of 10
huge advantages Ancor has over Brocade. I think Brocade has really
been caught with their pants down by Ancor's new switch.

Here is my list:

1. Brocade does not have FC-AL ports. Ancor does.

2. Ancor has 4 ports per ASIC. Brocade has 1 or 2 ports per ASIC.

3. Ancor has a much lower price per port.

4. Ancor can intermix classes (class 1 and 3). This is the optimum
solution for large high volume LANs. Brocade is class 2 OR 3 only.

5. Ancor is the only company with the full range of adapters
for all the popular types of workstations and servers.

6. Only Ancor has class 1.

7. Only Ancor offers 64 port switches. Brocades max is 16.

8. Ancor has the lowest latency. No tricks were used in measuring it.

9. Ancor is the only FC company with the breadth of products to
support the broad mix of hardware and software that is out
there. Coming soon will be ethernet connectivity which will
open up the general LAN backbone market to Ancor.

10.Ancor has estimated sequential growth in revenues from
2nd qtr '97 to 3rd qtr '97 in the area of 100%.

Regards,
Steve
