It was the chairman of the board. He owns over 1 million shares and the purchase of the 60,000 was in the open market for cash, not option exercise. Insiders are restricted to certain windows for buying and selling so this says a lot. Insiders sell for a variety of reasons but buy for only one... they think it is going higher!
