Tom, I doubt a Texas grand jury is quite so full of those Cindy Sheehan lefties you worry about. The grand jury system works pretty well in this country. Indictment is not conviction, but grand juries are pretty careful about handing out indictments loosely. Delay will howl and wait, but it looks from what I have read that the money ended up in an illegal place and he was directing the money. Hey, like Whitewater, let's spend a lot of money to find out the truth. Republicans are big on personal responsibility, so I am sure Mr. Delay will accept any finding of wrongdoing when all is said and done. Delay will probably lose his election next year.
