I did not even mention about how Israel may use its nukes, how do you know I mix N. Korea's with it?

You mix up Israel's Machiavellianism with North Korea's, I'm afraid.... It's indeed more likely for Israel to set off a nuke in Europe --or even the US-- to prompt the West to retaliate against Iran than it is for North Korea to cross China... and commit suicide.
