That may also be the law. Suggesting in this case that Lying under oath about the fact that one exposed ones genial to a subordinate so they could participate in masturbation on dozens of occasions in the work place is OK I believe defines shear stupidity.

I heard analysis of the Delay case and it is idiotic on it's face.

The case against Frist I believe is also idiotic.
