"Is he drinking again?" Thats the rumour I have heard too. Bush does seem even more confused than usual lately - with the polls down maybe he's up to his old tricks. At first I thought it was just people starting rumors. And then I saw the comment in the National Enquirer. Contrary to popular opinion, the NE gets it right more than they get it wrong. Now I'm hearing that his behavior is becoming increasingly erratic. I suspect something is up with him.
