Libertarians believe women should definitely be treated as human, even though they are lacking the excellent Y chromosome and are generally testosterone deficient and due to their earlier puberty have less brain growth time, so are never as good as the best blokes at maths, science and most other stuff. Some blokes mature early too, but that doesn't make them any less human [though it does of course make them somewhat epicene].
