Looking at their website, they appear to be relatively legit. Maybe not so toxic, as I feared they might be. The 35 mUSD offered to Titan appears to be a relatively large chunk of funding, compared to what they usually are doing.

But the question remains. What do they do with the shares they buy. In one way or another they must get them out of the building in order to be able to fund the next transaction. So, even if they don't short they will have to sell, which should put pressure on the share price.
