Yes, I would buy into dips as well.

The stock is severely depressed due to the overhand of the legal battles which were all killed off in March 1997.

There are significant customer orders coming or that have been
already booked at this time. I would like to respond to some poster
questions in this area...

The most significant of which is from Intel for the
PAC1284-02Q which is being used on the new
Dual Pentium II workstation motherboard to be unveiled
in November at Comdex. This implementation of the
parallel port filter/termination function with integrated
EESD diodes should quickly spread to all other future
Intel board designs and to other PC motherboard factors.

The next largest win in terms of volume potential is the
DEC Alphaserver win which will requires literally hundreds of CMD
packages per motherboard. This new system will run at
about 400Mhz, but more significantly, the data transmission
rates on the bus will be at 100MHz or above and utilize
low logic signalling levels to achieve these speeds at reduced
power consumption. CMD developed two custom products
for this DEC design. The DEC product will be announced in January
and production ramp up soon thereafter with millions of units
available for CMD (as the primary source).

Compaq Computer has adopted a new termination approach
from CMD for high speed memory cache which employs
a highly integrated Schottky diode array in a high end server
product. This product has significant potential in all
newer memory schemes as well -- where data transmission rates are at 100MHz or higher. It can be a new industry standard.

In this connection, I am amused by the price appreciation
of Semtech Corp, which is also primarily focused in this application area. CMD has as rich a product line and potential as Semtech
yet Semtech's market cap is now $ 450M and CMD is
under $ 90 M or 1/5th as much.
