Again, you presume guilt before trail. Seems to be a very unbecoming trait of yours. Given Delay's case, and his accuser's, it's highly up in the air, I'd say.


Given Delay's track record, three times reprimanded by the Republican controlled House, and now indicted, I'd say it's highly likely that he's guilty. His accusers are a Grand Jury headed by a Texas sherif. That means that this non-partisan group of Americans found evidence of wrong doing and that the case needs to be brought to trial. Since they weighed the evidence for the full term of the Grand Jury, it would appear that they looked at the evidence pretty hard, and they brought an indictment. It's the first time in over 100 years that a speaker has been indicted.

Delay has shown his disrespect of the rule of law before. I suspect that he's guilty this time too.
