This can also be caused by content advisor. It needs to be disabled.

Tools/Internet Options/Content/click on disable.

That is usually disabled by default so this might not be of help but since you are on a company workstation, this may have been changed. you also may not be able to change this setting either.

Also, MSFT is addressing this in an upcoming hotfix. It is a known issue. But, depending on what operating system you are using, the hotfix may not apply, I think it will only work for XP.
