(OTC: VWKM) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc., the new independent film-dedicated TV channel, announces the completion of the facilities upgrade at their offices and broadcast center in Orlando, Florida. The upgrade has been completed to support distribution of the company's channel, New Screen TV, to pay-TV operators in advance of the start of pay-TV revenue operations in Q4 of this year (2005). "In addition to being all-digital, we utilize fiber -- instead of cable -- throughout the facility to guarantee the quality of our transmission."
