Cheney and Delay are both political criminals. The evidence is clear to anyone with a brain. A CEO becomes VP and his company suddenly gets over 10 billion in new no-bid contracts. They are caught skimming and over-charging but only get a slap on the wrist.

In Delay's case, his modus operandi for a decade has been to control corporate money slush funds and use them like weapons. He is a huge thief of public money, arrogant skirter of laws and basically considered himself untouchable. If you think Boss Tweed was innocent you probably like Delay, but anyone with common sense can see that whether it's this charge or 100 others, the man is crooked to the core.
