i know what you mean about not being
able to kill a deer. i'm the same way.
so is harold.

but, and this is a big but, the deer
are so plentiful on these islands that
the take has increased to 15 per person
per year - 10 months a year i think.
and, from what the talk is, that still
won't contain them.

so, not only are people filling their
freezers, but they are being ecologically
responsible. anyway, that's how i want
to look at it.

i have trouble cooking live crab <ng>

we're off to get some fencing material.
