Unbelievable! Katy Blanco is called before congress "to respond to charges" regarding her response to Katrina, but asks not to be questioned about it. I realize they hand in a written response and are given time to make a verbal response, but to not have to field questions seems absurd. Michael Brown had to field questions about his response. Sometimes on the most beautiful September days, nothing whatsoever makes sense. Rande Is
