Well, you can't fault him for that.................... I think when all the hurricane mess dies down - and the totally-dumbarse, sputtering media quits their bitchin' about things that don't make any difference (..like the strategic petroleum reserve having it's valves closed for a few days - which has nothing to do with refining capactiy..), all this stuff will pick up nicely. John :-) .
