Delay is obviously guilty. $190,000 in corporate money was sent from his PAC to the RNC, laundered quickly, then sent right back illegally. Earle is no fool. He would not indict someone as powerful as Delay unless he had a witness or other smoking gun evidence which linked DElay to the transaction.

Remember though what this is really all about, stealing more elections. And stealing congress and hundreds of billions of dollars for corporate special interests.
