Cape York QLD, Australia is only 420 miles from PNG (Papua New Guinea) which is contiguous with Indonesia. This is one reason why Australia has been providing Indonesia with Tamiflu. Their proximity was previously responsible for outbreaks of Japanese Encephalitis in 1995 and 1998. .
