My take is "yes".

First, according to the press release these are 'senior unsecured notes'. I think these lenders must have a lot of faith in the company's ability to pay back. Second, $65 million of that is money in the bank that Vic deZen can use to buy up more companies and/or expand the business. Last, $100 million will be used to retire some of their bank loans which, I assume, must be at a higher interest rate, thereby trimming their interest costs and increasing profit margins. I'm only guessing at all this, we'll have to wait for the quarterly report.

Namir's report about their plant in Argentina is also great news. It may not have a big impact on this quarter's earnings, but it should show up in next quarter's. They're headed into Spring in Argentina now, time to build some houses! Regards. Julio
