Effects of Skyepharma meltdown-

If you take a careful look through their annual report, Skye has a lot of odd agreements with small pharma - it's been a while since I looked, but I do remember the UK's Micap as one of them - where Skye loans them money and seems to roundtrip the same money as licensing revenues. Interesting that Micap is blowing up at same time as Skye.
