Anybody want to take a shot at analyzing this? It's confusing as it says "clean MR's newly fixed in last two days", yet dates (arrivals?) are spaced out over the period Sept 29-Oct. 10. I also assume "clean" means this is finished refined product? What does "newly fixed" mean in layman terms? I count 637,000 barrels here. Is this all that's out there?
