Gus > Israeli officials said Thursday that, even though Tom DeLay was a great supporter of Israel in his leadership position, they do not think Israel's stand in congress will be affected by his departure, since there is a strong support base for Israel in both parties and in both houses of Congress.

They have seen to it anyway that AIPAC, ADL and whoever else own, coerce or blackmail most of the Congressmen. Everyone knows that the American government is the best government that money can buy. In fact, that's why DeLay is being kicked out -- not because he took money -- they all do -- but because he was found out.

But as I said in my previous post, what a shocking, indeed terrifying situation, that religious superstition and myth should now take precedence over common law. That people who have lived in a particular region for thousands of years should be regarded as trespassers in their own land because others have appeared with a book of fairy tales and on the basis of those fairy tales lay claim to the land.
