Yes they are! I really like my house but I don't love it. When my husband retires, the last child will be graduating from High School. We plan to sell our home and get a smaller, older one. One that needs a little TLC. We recently found one on the golf course but they were asking way too much for what was there. It needed a complete overhaul but oh what a beauty she'd be when that happens!
