You could probably look at your siblings and see how different people are, even out of the same mother. To think that whole tribes will be the same is silly. Nature specifically makes things different for the specific purpose of evolutionary success. H5N1 avian flu isn't even all the same. There are many versions, all looking for evolutionary success. Humans are individually different too.
