Ted, Apparently, blacks do have reason to believe they are about to be driven out of NO. I'm sure they have "reasons" to believe that, but are they valid? Personally, I think those "reasons" similar to the "reasons" why the screw-up in the recovery efforts were supposedly racially motivated. Again, I am going to have to ask you what you meant by the last sentence above. By the way, just stopped at Popeye's yesterday for lunch, and a poster said it all, "Without New Orleans, there would be no Popeye's." Now THAT is reason enough to rebuild New Orleans! Actually, I go to KFC where the fried chicken lowers your bad cholesterol and causes you to lose weight when you eat it. ted
