Glad you sold Jane, I still own 3000 shares. We shall see what happens. If the 10K triggers panic selling, I'm expecting JDSU to be a great bounce trade sometime either Monday or Tuesday. Certainly the S-8 for 16M shares at 1.98 will put a damper on the stock price for the week. Cramer's explanation for liking JDSU was the claim that some new guy, either CEO or CFO was selling stuff off or cutting expenditures back or something to improve JDSU's bottom line going forward. So the fact the year ending in June appears to be a mess wasn't part of the story. Chris
