<Right out of Heinlein. "Sell your birthright for a mess of pottage," eh?>

It would be wise to be very careful before selling out. Where would one go? $1 million cash in hand would be enough to live a good life in Bangalore, so maybe it would be a good move. But what if they have a revolution there and kick the new person out and steal their property [or simply kill them]? One would want to upgrade citizenship.

I'll have to ask Google who the heck Heinlein is.

They aren't wild-ass ideas Lindy. They are logical developments given the situation that exists, with technology, laws and all sorts.

PS: Google had the guff on Heinlein: <"In recognition of his meritorious service to the Nation and mankind in advocating and promoting the exploration of space. Through dozens of superbly written novels and essays and his epoch-making movie Destination Moon, he helped inspire the Nation to take its first step into space and onto the Moon. Even after his death, his books live on as testimony to a man of purpose and vision, a man dedicated to encouraging others to dream, explore and achieve."

I disagree with the space idea. There's nowhere to go. We are there. Inner space is the place. Go small, not huge.
