Nowadays, everything from fake JVs, to fake LOI's on Russian deals that never existed, no longer is considered lying and FRAUD - but now is blamed on a difference in neurons and brain structure. I guess that brings us back to what we used to call as kids - being mentally retarded or a M.R.? So liars don't have a choice on whether they lie or not - they diagnosed as being "honesty challenged?" I suppose some pharmaceutical company will come up with a drug to help the "honesty challenged" individuals and take the company public and they'll make a fortune - because there seems to be such a big market and demand and need for such a drug - because there seems to be so many dirty rotten LIARS in the financial and business world nowadays? They can just take "truth syrum" and repackage it with a new name - like "Never Lie!" Or "Always Truthful!" Or "B-Honest!" Wouldn't it be nice if Mancini and Needham finally got this drug - so for once in our lives - we could actually believe them and what they say - without feeling like we're being misled, conned, lied to and deFRAUDED? Why is it that I JUST DO NOT TRUST M & N? Could it be because I've already been misled and ripped off by too many dirty rotten lying stock promoting con-artists? Could it be because I lost over $255,000 in companies that made lots of promises, but never performed? Could it be because now I refuse to let one single person or company con me out of money anymore - especially M & N? Yes, it could be that way...
Let's home that somehow M&N suddenly disappear and someone who's REAL magically appears and takes over the company and turns it into a REAL company - overnight!
Wouldn't that be a dream come true?

Ps. Guanxi is Chinese - "Gwan-shi." Means - like a bridge, connections, one who has connections or relationships to bridge the gap to make things happen. An example of "gwan-shi" is "I have good "guanxi" with the SEC, the FBI, the Investigators, the Exchanges, the Auditors, the Government, the Media, etc. I will use my good "guanxi" to help shut down and prosecute and throw in prison - all dirty rotten con-artists, liars, and those who commit FRAUD in the financial markets and anywhere else I can find and hunt them down.
