Yes, it could be called criminal conspiracy. Not to mention another incidence of Bush outright lying to the US public (which I guess is OK these days). It's interesting to speculate, but we have to wait for Fitzgerald. If the Reps start attacking him, we'll know it's serious. If Fitz can tie in a deliberate conspiracy to an intentional lie about WMD's, it would be impeachment. One thing that's weird is how few leaks there are from this GJ. 12 folks with husbands and wives and friends and reporters doing EVERYTHING they can to scoop the story... dozens of lawyer... and very little concrete coming out. It could mean that there is nothing of substance there... or maybe not. ???? John
